Eagle Lake

Fishing the last 2 weeks has been good, with an early bite slowing significantly after the sun hits the water.
We've been fishing in 50 ft. of water at depth's of 20 -25 feet deep between Shrimp Island and Wildcat.  The 2 inch watermelon grub  has been the hottest set up for me.
The fish are in very good shape weighing in between 2 to 21/2 lbs & a few at 3 lbs.
Surface water temp is at 72 deg.
